About Farmacy Bliss

We created Farmacy Bliss to pursue a burning desire to make our
pure, full spectrum, solvent-free, hemp derived CBD formulation
available to anyone seeking relief from stress, pain, inflammation or
who simply wants to de-stress and experience an enhanced sense of
wellbeing.

We are humbled and grateful to work side-by-side with a dedicated
family team and to bring our different backgrounds to something we
are very passionate about – contributing to the health and wellness

    Shipping

    Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are sent by USPS or UPS and include tracking. When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Undeliverable or returned packages will be reshipped once the corrected delivery information has been provided. Free USPS first class mail shipping on orders over $75. If you need your order faster, please select and pay for another shipping method.

    Returns

    Products that have initially arrived undamaged and in working condition are non-refundable. Due to the perishable nature of our products, undamaged products that have been opened and used are non-refundable. We do not claim nor guarantee any results from CBD products and therefore do not accept returns based on claims of non-performance of product. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine that CBD products are the right products for them prior to buying. Products that have arrived damaged or defective will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer. Damaged or defective products have to be reported within 14 days of receipt in order for the replacement to take place.

    Payments

    Farmacy Bliss provides tracking numbers for all packages shipped. If your package is lost, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email to track the last known location of your package. If you are unable to determine the location of your package, please contact our customer service department at info@farmacybliss.com and we will be happy to assist you.
