Each Seller on Leafz is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, shipping, exchanges, and returns. Policies vary from Seller to Seller.

Before purchasing, review the Seller’s Policies, which are located on the listing page under the appropriate category on the Seller’s homepage.

Leafz Refund Policy & Process

If you are unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to request a refund for your order depending on the Seller’s Policies. To request a refund, Contact the Seller:

To request a refund on a purchase on Leafz:

  1. Sign in to your Leafz account.
  2. Click the Your Orders link.
  3. Find the order you want to request a refund. If you are able to refund your order a Refund Order button will be shown that you can click to request a refund. If there is no Refund Order button, you must contact the seller directly to request a refund.

Sellers aren’t required to provide a refund unless stated in their Seller policies. On the Help with order page, you can click or tap View Seller return policy to check the Seller policies.

What should I do if the seller doesn’t refund my order?

If the seller doesn’t allow refunds, you may be able to open a case with Leafz. Cases can be opened if:

  • Your never received your order
  • Your order wasn’t as it was described on Leafz

Leafz Shipping Policy

Leafz is an online marketplace that matches individual Buyers and Sellers and does not produce or market any products itself.

Each Seller is responsible for shipping its products directly to Buyers. Shipping policies will vary from Seller to Seller.

As part of Leafz ongoing effort to provide the best online marketplace for CBD products, we require each Seller to provide basic and customary shipping procedures for our customers’ review. This means that individual Sellers may provide multiple shipping options, including vendor, shipping timeframes, and other industry-standard shipping terms. You are able to contact the Seller directly by messaging them with concerns related to your order or specific shipping needs, but Leafz does not warrant or guarantee that any Seller will take any specific steps to ship products in any way.

Each Seller and Buyer is responsible for complying with all (US) federal and state laws and/or international laws governing the sale and transfer of any products featured by Sellers on the Leafz platform. Leafz does not warrant that any individual product offered by any Seller is in compliance with federal and state law. In the event that any claim or suit is brought against Leafz arising out of these Seller Policies, the Seller and the Buyer shall both indemnify Leafz for any attorneys’ fees and costs associated with such claim.
